# Campaigns

> Group links for marketing campaigns and compare their performance.

Campaigns help you organize related links for a launch, promotion, event, or other marketing effort. Select existing links, assign channels, and review clicks across the campaign in one place.

## Create a campaign

    From the dashboard, open **Campaigns** and choose **Create Campaign**.

  <Step title="Add campaign details">
    Enter a campaign name and optional description. Choose a status, start date, and optional end date.

  <Step title="Select links and channels">
    Select the links that belong to the campaign. For each selected link, choose a channel such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Email, SMS, Google Ads, or Custom.

  <Step title="Choose UTM tracking">
    Leave **Auto-generate UTM parameters** selected if you want URLdn to label selected links for campaign tracking. Turn it off when you manage those labels yourself.

  <Step title="Review performance">
    Open a campaign to see its links, clicks, channels, dates, and performance breakdowns. Use the campaign actions to edit, export, or change its status.

Campaign reporting is based on activity from the links you selected and the campaign's date range. Use channels to compare where campaign traffic is coming from.

## Plan availability

Campaigns are available on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Free accounts can see the campaign area but must upgrade before creating or managing campaigns.

Campaign limits are enforced when you create a campaign or add links to one. Your current usage and upgrade options are available from **Dashboard > Subscription**.

  Campaigns are useful when you want one view for a group of links, such as a product launch with separate links for email, social, and paid advertising.
