# QR code analytics

> See when, where, and how people scan each URLdn QR code.

QR Code Analytics helps you understand the performance of one QR code. Because each code points to a URLdn short link, scans are counted as activity for that code and can be reviewed separately from your other links.

## View scan analytics

1. Open **Dashboard > QR Codes**.
2. Find the QR code you want to inspect.
3. Choose **Analytics** on its card.
4. Select a preset or custom date range.
5. Review the scan charts and recent scan details.

## What you can see

The QR analytics view includes:

* Total scans
* QR code creation date
* Last scan time
* Destination URL
* Scans over time
* Device-type distribution
* Top scan locations
* Recent scan details

You can also copy the short URL, edit the QR code, and export the selected scan data as a CSV file from the analytics view.

## Plan availability

| Free       | Not available |
| Pro        | Included      |
| Business   | Included      |
| Enterprise | Included      |

QR analytics are available on Pro and higher plans. Free accounts can create QR codes within their plan allowance, but the analytics view is locked. Upgrade from **Dashboard > Subscription** to unlock scan reporting.

  Scan the code yourself after placing it to confirm that the destination works, then return to the analytics view to watch activity build over time.
