What URLdn tracks
For registered links, URLdn records the following when a visitor opens a link:- Total clicks and the last-clicked time
- Estimated unique visitors
- Referrer or direct traffic
- Country and city when location data is available
- Approximate location coordinates when available
- Device type: desktop, mobile, tablet, or other
- Operating system and platform
- Browser
- Visitor language
- Whether the visit was identified as a QR scan
View analytics
Overall analytics
- Open Dashboard > Analytics.
- Choose a date range from the date picker.
- Review the summary cards for clicks, unique visitors, top country, top referrer, and average clicks per day.
- Explore the charts and tables for click trends, countries, referrers, devices, browsers, platforms, languages, hourly activity, UTM activity, and top or least-performing links.
Analytics for one link
- Open Dashboard > Links.
- Choose the analytics icon on a link, or open the link details page.
- Review its basic analytics, including clicks, unique visitors, top country, top referrer, and last-clicked time.
- On Pro or higher, choose a date range to see the link’s detailed charts and breakdowns.
Export analytics
On Pro and higher, choose Export CSV on the Analytics page to download the click log for the selected date range. The export includes the link, time, location, browser, platform, device, referrer, and language fields available for each click.How quickly data appears
Click totals and click details are recorded when a visitor follows an active link. The dashboard loads analytics shortly after the visit, so recent activity normally appears quickly. Refresh the page if you have just received a click and do not see it yet.Plan limits
Free accounts can see basic link statistics, while detailed dashboard analytics and longer date ranges start on Pro. Your current usage and upgrade options are available from Dashboard > Subscription.
