QR codes give people a fast way to open a URLdn short link from a phone camera. Each QR code is connected to a short link, so you can update the destination later without replacing printed materials.

Create a QR code

1

Open QR Codes

From your dashboard, open QR Codes and choose Create QR Code.
2

Enter the link details

Enter the destination URL. You can also give the QR code a name so it is easy to find later.
3

Customize the design

Use the preview controls to choose dot style, marker center, marker border, dot color, and marker color. On eligible plans, choose whether to show the URLdn logo.
4

Create and download

Choose Create QR Code. From the QR code card or edit view, preview it, copy its image URL, or download it in the available format.

Customization options

The dashboard currently includes:
  • Square, rounded, or dotted dot styles
  • Square or dotted marker centers
  • Square, rounded-square, or circular marker borders
  • A color picker and color swatches for dots
  • A color picker and color swatches for markers
  • URLdn logo display on Free; show, hide, or custom logo options on Pro and higher
  • SVG, PNG, and JPEG download options
The live preview updates as you adjust the design. Scan the finished code with your phone before using it in print or a campaign.
QR scans appear as link activity. Pro and higher plans also include QR analytics for understanding scan performance.

View QR analytics

See scan trends, devices, locations, recent scans, and CSV export options.

Plan limits

When you reach your plan’s QR-code limit, the dashboard asks you to upgrade before creating another code.
