After URLdn confirms the CNAME and TXT records, the domain enters SSL provisioning. DNS verification and HTTPS setup are separate steps.
Expected timing
HTTPS usually becomes ready in under a minute, but timing can vary. During this period the domain state is SSL Provisioning. The dashboard updates when the certificate becomes active.
What you can do
- Confirm the domain is still in SSL Provisioning, not DNS Pending or DNS Failed.
- Keep the verified DNS records in place. Do not switch the verification record to Cloudflare Proxied mode.
- Choose Check SSL Status when it is available, or reload the Domains page after a few minutes.
- Once the state is Active, open the domain over HTTPS and test a short link.
Do not remove and re-add the domain while HTTPS setup is in progress. Re-adding it resets verification and creates a new token.
Contact support if the domain remains in SSL provisioning well beyond the usual short issuance window, repeatedly moves to a failed state, or the DNS records are correct but the status never changes. Include the domain name, the approximate time DNS verification succeeded, and the state shown in Dashboard > Domains.
