After URLdn confirms the CNAME and TXT records, the domain enters SSL provisioning. DNS verification and HTTPS setup are separate steps.

Expected timing

HTTPS usually becomes ready in under a minute, but timing can vary. During this period the domain state is SSL Provisioning. The dashboard updates when the certificate becomes active.

What you can do

  1. Confirm the domain is still in SSL Provisioning, not DNS Pending or DNS Failed.
  2. Keep the verified DNS records in place. Do not switch the verification record to Cloudflare Proxied mode.
  3. Choose Check SSL Status when it is available, or reload the Domains page after a few minutes.
  4. Once the state is Active, open the domain over HTTPS and test a short link.
Do not remove and re-add the domain while HTTPS setup is in progress. Re-adding it resets verification and creates a new token.

When to contact support

Contact support if the domain remains in SSL provisioning well beyond the usual short issuance window, repeatedly moves to a failed state, or the DNS records are correct but the status never changes. Include the domain name, the approximate time DNS verification succeeded, and the state shown in Dashboard > Domains.
